Focus Paragliding has been in operation since 1994. Our Focus team is run by experienced BHPA, USHGA and DHV qualified pilots, who have collective experience of over 25 years. Let us show you why thousands of people have enjoyed this adventure with altitude. The take off contrary to popular belief does not involve a leap off a cliff, all you have to do is run a few steps to be airborne.

Ölüdeniz - Fethiye / Turkey has one of the highest commercial take off sites in the world, at 6500 ft, giving you the most spectacular flight of them all. If you like, your friendly, English speaking pilot, will introduce you to 360 degree turns, wing- overs and even thermals which may extend your flight.

You are also given the chance to fly side by side with friends, which makes for a great photo opportunity, giving you an experience you won't forget. Landing on Ölüdeniz beach is as easy as take off, but a warning, after landing you may not be able to wipe the smile from you face!

All adventure activities have an element of fear, that's what makes them exciting. Our pilots are professionals with years of experience. We take every precaution to make your trip and flight as safe as possible. Our excellent safety record speaks for itself, while your up there having fun, we're taking care of you.

We are located in Ölüdeniz-Fethiye in the south of Turkey. The closest airport is Dalaman which is about a 1 hour drive from Ölüdeniz. Antalya would be the next closest airport and it takes about 3 hours to drive from Antalya to Ölüdeniz.

As you can see from the map, Ölüdeniz is located on the Meditarranean coast and is a beach resort. There is no lond driving in order to get to the beach since the hotels are located on the beach.

Ölüdeniz is one of the best spots for paragliding but offers many other activities as well such as scuba diving, horse riding, jeep safari and many more. And that is one of the reasons why many paragliding-pilots from all over the world come here with there family since there are many other things to do as well. We could write a book about Ölüdeniz, so the best thing to do is to come and see for yourself!

Our pilots have a combined experience of more than 18.000 flights as a tandem pilot and are rated in several countries. There are many tandem pilots in this sport and all of them are good in what they do. However, Focus Paragliding does employ only the best pilots and does train its own pilots as well. To be a tandem pilot takes much more than just knowing how to fly a tandem paraglider.

Since almost all of our passengers are non-experienced people and first timers, it is very important that the pilot knows how to deal with people who "jump-off" from a 6500 feet mountain for the first time in their life. Here is a short introduction of our pilots, enjoy...
